Planning application submission – produce drawings and collecting all information required to be submitted to the local planning authority and liaising with the Local Authority of the projects.

Construction drawings – produce comprehensive detailed construction drawings (working drawings) and specification details.

Building Control submission – submit construction drawings and specification details to Building Control to obtain building regulations permissions and to arrange any other information required or requested for Building Control.
